We accept returns within 365 days of the date the order was delivered, and will pay for return shipping. This is applicable for all return reasons. 
To process a return, please follow these instructions:
  • Fill out the required boxes in the automated returns system below. You will only need your four digit order ID and email address associated with the order. Select the items that you want to return, and select the return reason.
  • In the next screen the system will ask for your package dimensions. Please enter your dimensions, and the system will generate a prepaid label once you have entered your information. 
  • We kindly ask that you please place inks or other products back in the original packaging (wrapped in the plastic bags they come in or plastic packaging) and in their respective boxes to avoid damaging the product in transit. Need extra packaging, instructions, or a new box? Please contact us and we will arrange assistance.
  • Pack and mail your package. 
  • If the automated system does not work, please ship product back to our address at: 4870 Adohr Ln, STE A, Camarillo CA, 91320. Give us a call at 1-800-211-2049 and we will also refund your shipping cost!




  • After receiving the return package, a credit will be applied to the original form of payment within 5 days.

All returns initiated after 365 days of delivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are here to be of maximum service to you.

We aim to have all of our products returned and refunded to inspect our defects, in order for us to improve our manufacturing processes and provide better products to our customers. Return-less refunds are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us here if you desire a return-less refund.
