Domestic Shipping Policy

All shipments are automatically Fulfilled by Amazon from our inventory located across the country in order to reduce shipping times to our customers.

Shipment processing times:

All orders are processed same-day, and shipped within 24 hrs. 

2-Day Expedited cut off time is 10AM PST.

UPS Overnight / Priority Mail Express Cut off time is 3PM PST. 

Please allow an additional day for delivery if the order is placed after our cut off times.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Multiple item shipments may arrive in separate boxes in order to decrease delivery time. 

Delivery delays are rare but can occasionally occur. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your order here.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please take a picture of the item inside of the original packaging that we shipped. We will only refund damaged orders that have pictures.   Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We offer free Expedited shipping on all orders - but If you are interested in placing a bulk purchase beyond 10 units, please contact us directly so that we my custom-quote your order and find the best shipping solution for you.

RETURN POLICY

365 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE, ALL PRODUCTS, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. 

Funds will be automatically remitted in 3-5 business days after receipt of return.

All returns initiated after 365 days of delivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are here to be of maximum service to you.
